The symptoms of ADHD are characterized by an inner experience of nervous system dysregulation. We have ‘left the building,’ and our energetic pattern of dysregulation has taken over. This results in procrastination, time management issues, failure to follow through, and more.

I know this pattern well.

Learning how to manage my inner state, my inner energy, has had profound and positive impacts on my experience of life and my experience of ADHD symptoms.

Our inner state is our experience of life. Whatever is happening with the energy inside our bodies is the filter through which we view and experience life. When our inner energy is calm and peaceful, we see the world through the lens of calm and peaceful energy. When our inner energy is chaotic, we can’t even see the world clearly because the filter is chaotic.

Similar to a diabetic who must manage their blood sugar, ADHD may be managed through an awareness of, and cultivation of, inner energy.

And when we do, the brilliant gifts of this unique brain can emerge:

“There is a loving solution to every problem.” In other words, there is a solution to every problem that will increase the amount of love and light that a system can carry.

A constellation makes that which is unconscious, conscious, and illuminates the next right step for an individual, and their entire system, to evolve to a new level of consciousness.
