Constellation sessions reveal systemic entanglements that unconsciously drive and/or block us. Once seen, the unconscious systemic blockage may be acknowledged, harmonized, and restored to flow at the root.
Restoring systemic balance may release healing for generations – forwards and backwards.
Body Constellations use a unique blend of Bert Hellinger’s Systemic and Family Constellations, Touch for Health energy practices, and homeopathy to integrate energetic barriers and catalyze new growth.
Following the adage, “As above, so below; as within, so without,” Body Constellations use the body’s wisdom to access, acknowledge, and harmonize blockages and barriers. This process releases unconsciously contracted energy that is a barrier to one’s goal, and allows it to integrate in support of effortless new growth. Consciously cultivating inner coherence provides greater pathways for the released energy to flow.
This powerful session consists of:
- Developing an actionable Goal or Intention for the program.
- Harmonize the chakras to open, clean, and amplify our energetic flow with the greater universe.
- Harmonize the inner meridian flow, to ensure smooth, flowing, inner energetic flow.
- Guided activation of specific muscles, meridians, and memories which hold energetic barriers to our goals, to release the patterns at the root.
- Integration + Follow-up instructions.
The result? Integrated barriers, cultivated coherence, and catalyzed new growth.

“There is a loving solution to every problem.” In other words, there is a solution to every problem that will increase the amount of love and light that a system can carry.
A constellation makes that which is unconscious, conscious, and illuminates the next right step for an individual, and their entire system, to evolve to a new level of consciousness. Constellation movements are rooted in deep love with the intent to restore wholeness, and foster a reverence and honor for the family system which is deeply healing for the self, the ancestors, and the descendants.
And, homeopathy is an energetic healing system founded on the principle that the body can heal itself – emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically. Those who practice homeopathy prescribe remedies consisting of microscopic particles of a source material’s (plants, minerals, animals) healing essence – diluted so there is no longer any remaining active material – to stimulate the body’s own healing process.
Both constellations and homeopathy move, harmonize, and transform energetic blockages.
The systemic healing potential of constellation movements + the precise healing essence (remedy) – which is revealed within a constellation – allows two powerful energetic healing modalities to amplify the healing resonance, expand their reach, and allow greater energy to flow through the entire system. It is beautiful and profound.
